I really with they'd sort out the blacksmith and gem guy.
Gem guy is currently useless, only has the ability to make utter rubbish, kind of makes these socketed items less attractive.
The only thing I want to use the AH for is gems, but they wouldn't want that now!
Close to getting out of this cruddy difficulty level (nightmare) and onto the next, hopefully get some better drops after this...

Bought some new boots and pants last night. Both with around 50 resist all and high strength/vit. Had to drop one of the bonuses I did like on my boots to get the resist though - +movement speed. Combined with the different warcry rune that was recommended on the last page and my resists are massively better - around 200 or so for everything except fire which is a chunk higher.
Went and had a quick play and I swear every elite group I saw was shielding knockback firechains with molten or plagued. FML!!!

Yes he's raised $877k for Save the Children so far and has 4 weeks to get the 1 million goal.
His password thing was a successful troll, he got about 20k more viewers on his livestream at the time.
It was pretty good publicity for the charity.
tbh with the whole password thing. I highly doubt it was planned troll... I think it was a **** up by him. Then noticed the amount of viewers increase so he proceeded to act as if the whole thing was a "troll". That said fair play to him. Its what a good entertainer should do. Make the best out of a bad situation and roll with it.
Anyways.... so been playing through act 1 inferno now and I have to say I'm getting rather tierd of it. I knew it was going to be a challange but jesus.... one slight mistake, one misclick, ONE BIT OF LAG !!! and its just instant death. I mean my gear its not exactly bad (least I dont think so) im a DH (yes yes make your OP jokes now) I have ~25k hp ~45kdps (without sharpshooter, rocking a bow) But its just insane. If I get one slight lag spike while fighting an elite or boss its just instant death. Its a getting beyond a joke. So I started farming diablo on hell and the gear he drops just really isnt good enough for inferno imo still at least this is racking me up some gold. But none the less as much as I hate to say it inferno is just stupid... making it so elites and bosses can one shot you is beyond a joke. Especially if you are soloing yet you still encounter lag problems.

Got a Monk stuck in Inferno Act 2 
I am levelling a DH now, shes at 40.
Really struggling to gear up Act 3 inferno is just too hard, Act 1 doesn't drop gear good enough to improve me (WD, 37k DPS, 30k health) and act 2 has no good farm spots..
Currently farming a goblin spawn in act 2, but with 112% MF he's only dropping a rare every 4 kills or so, and only once has it been a lvl60 rare =/ out of about 50 rare so far.

Finally made an impulse buy on a string of ears after lots of indecision (pheonix should know what I'm on about ) not vit on but lots of strength with 18% dmg reduction. Inferno Diablo should hopefully die today.
All my gear is from the AH never once had a drop since probably act 1 and 2 hell that has been an upgrade. Kinda frustrating but it seems that is the way D3 works

Keep it at, that's about all I can do on my monk also, despite being able to faceroll act1, nothing drops there that's good enough to aid with act2 progression.
I had a level 60 quiver drop yesterday that should fetch upwards of 2m on the AH so fingers crossed.

Are you guys putting a buyout for your AH selling? Starting with a high price? Or just putting a low start and see what happens?
yeah, it's getting annoying now. filled my inv and a tab in my stash with rares yesterday, nothing even close to an upgrade. Hoping that farming whimsy should give me something useful, although not sure of the iLvl that drops there

Your dps is only 45k and you're complaining?
Mines 16k standard and I didn't have too much trouble with act 1 bar the odd stupid elite. Main problem is I need to get some gear with +all res or phys res. My Wizard with 6000 armour and 300 resistances takes 2-4k damage from a regular zombie. My DH with 2000 armour and 19 resistances takes ~16k. Obviously I'll never reach 6k/300 but even if I only manage to reach 3k/150 it'll be a huge boost to my survivability... and maybe I could survive being 1 shotted by Butcher.
Depends what the item is. If its a random piece of junk I tend to put it up with bid=buyout. Something that could be a bit more valuable I might put a bid up with a higher buyout.
Problem with bidding is, you bid on something that has like 30 hours left and in that time you could easily be outbid in the last 5 minutes when you're not online.
On the topic of bidding, when the hell are Blizzard going to fix the ****ing system? I'm getting sick of bidding on an item 15 times in a row and getting met with 'your bid is too low'. How about you show me the right price then?!
I'd just be happy with the commodities section back.
I really don't want to spend money on the blacksmith and jeweler since that new patch is incoming and I needs ma gems!!
