How many reps do people tend to do on deadlifts? I only tend to do reps on the lower end of my weights and then move to singles at around 100KG. I just find doing reps on them a bit awkward!

its good to keep the movement strict, not bringing the DB's together at the top of the lift so as to not over extend the shoulders.
I guess anything shoulder related will ultimatly help the OHP, but in my opininon it is definatly the slowest lift to progress
Oh dear! I've such bad DOMS from yesterday's leg day.
They're sooo painful, I have to pull myself up at the stairs.
