Some tips for you as a DH player:

1) Forget all res/survivability in general. Go all out damage. You can get more vita/res later when you're gear is really good. Vita does have it's uses so if you lose a little DPS and gain a ton of life it may be worth doing to help you survive reflect damage.

2) Aim for over 30K DPS without sharpshooter if you can. I was able to farm Act 3 from this much DPS onwards.

3) Get +Max disc on your quiver and your chest, should be able to get +10 on both which really helps you SS more often. You can lose one or two points in each of these without too much bother if it gets you better DPS.

4) Spec into your passives; Tactical Advantage, along with this I normally go with Archery/Steady Aim. You may choose to use SS over Steady Aim.

5) Get two blue rings with 15% IAS and 70 dex. Dirt cheap and will be a DPS boost if you're using just about anything else.

6) For your weapon you should be able to get a bow/xbow with around 1K dps and some +crit dmg % for under a million. Even if it's a blue one it will be worth it. Intercharge socket/+crit dmg % as you can socket this instead. the crit damage is worth a fair bit of DPS so I would not get a bow without it really.

7) Spec for Caltrops with Tortured ground, SS with Lingering Fog, and Prep with Backup plan. That's you defensives sorted. I then go Guided arrow with Devouring rune for my Single target DPS, and NT with the heal run for your AOE ability. Last one is a wildcard, pick either bat for Hatred regen, or the Mark ability with marked for death (gives +3 hatred per hit). Former is better for farming, latter for bosses. I take the latter as I hate the bat hitting treasure goblins.

General strat is nuke for a bit if you can, put down caltrops to kite melee with and nuke some more. For ranged dmg you need to be hot on the SS. Have a key bound to SS you can hit easily, use tac advantage to run if you need to gain distance. The extra disc really helps with this. You need to learn good disc management, know when to use it etc.

Thanks, some helpful tips there. :)

£200 for in game item.

haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahh, LOL people who sell items with anything above £2 = idiots with an IQ of a monkey.

Busy writing a DPS spreadsheet, working on DH one... just could not get the figures to line up properly when using Sharpshooter, Steady Aim and Archery passives with a 2H Bow... turns out that if you use Steady Aim and Archery, the damage boost from Archery gets reduces to 12.5% instead of 15%. Kinda sucks :p

I really wish I'd found something worth selling now :) I've only just got onto act 1 inferno though. I've tried putting a few items up for £2 each but no takers :p

Act2 inferno-done with my (probably undergeared) monk!!Belial was hard, took me 6-7 tries but I still got him with 5 NV stacks, ofc he didn't drop anything special. In fact the whole act didn't drop anything worth selling or keeping. So frustrating.

Got 4 million to spend before I go to act 3,I wonder what should I get first...My dps is fine,I will have to upgrade some armor parts but they are so expensive :(
