Oh man can't believe I hadn't noticed that before hand. Just played through to the skeleton king on Inferno in about 25 mins or so with my Barb as I can now use both Cleave to deal with Mobs and also Frenzy for max dps! Initially I tried using extra utilities instead of the alt attack that I don't use much - then I realised having both cleave and frenzy was the way to go. Cleaving through mobs is fun :D

Got 5x NV and beat the skeleton king, changing to total 80% magic find equipment before I got the final hit in. Ended up with him dropping 5-6 blues and 3 yellows. One of which was probably the best weapon I've had drop so far. 700dps 2 hander, but it actually has stats that compliment it! 150 strength and 100 vitality. Won't sell for a mega amount but nice that I seem to be having a little bit more luck now instead of just constantly getting 2 handed barbarian only weapons that require level 60, do 300dps and have an int bonus  :p

Hate to disappoint but I'm sure you can pick up better for <100k on the AH :D

I know what you mean about Frenzy + Cleave. I was using it before I hit Hell and swapped to Revenge (my gear isn't really good enough so I needed the healing, I may try out Juggernaut on Furious Charge in another slot instead for healing when I get it and go back to Cleave).

Have you tried it with Ground Stomp w/ Wrenching Smash? Most awesome looking combo in the game. You leap in with Iron Impact, use the extra armour to beat things down to reach 5x Frenzy, then Ground Stomp and pull all the enemies in, hit Cleave w/ Rupture and the entire mob just explodes. I need to try out Call of Arreat on Leap actually.

I understand IAS on quivers does not change, at least according to the data mining site.

Good.

Shame about the lack of VIT but obviously the +5% life is a nice consolation prize. That belt should be worth something to most barbs, however you may have to sell for less than you'd hope, due to most barbarians opting for String of Ears in that slot.

Aye, not sure what I should price it at.

On the AH there is ONE belt with over 117str (158) and 4.8% fear but no vit and no life % and half the armour but has a hefty 500 ish of thorns.

On the RMAH there is one on there but the stats were terrible but on for about 30euros

Only if they have an insane amount of money to spend on gear they do. Only the very worst String of Ears go for less than 500k-1mil.

Thorns won't affect the price of gear because it is an absolutely worthless stat. I don't know why they waste the time including it. Even the very best gem available can only give you 1800 melee damage, which while it would be hilarious to put in a socket for Normal/Nightmare, it will never inflict enough damage to matter in Hell or Inferno.

Oh yeah I know it isn't worth that much. But it's mildly usable, an improvement over most of the stuff I seem to find! I'm currently using a 900dps 2 hander with high strength and vit along with extra crit damage and about 900 life on hit I think :D

I'll have to try that combo - sounds good fun!

Currently using Cleave (with slowing rune) and Frenzy (stun rune) on mouse then the following:
1) Leap with extra armour rune
2) Revenge with the extra change of activation
3) Warcry with Resists
4) Beserker with Insanity (tempted to try Slaughter though, sounds fun!)

is there a quick way to change to mf gear or is it just a case of click click click click?

I've got it lined up in a row. Hit "I", then right click on them all to swap with current.

also, wizards, does multiple blizzards on the same spot stack?

or can the mob only take damage from 1 blizzard at a time?

i cant tell if me dropping 2 or more on the same spot is having an affect
