It's not enabled yet. However the commonly accepted rate is 5 to 6 dollars per million gold. So that's roughly 35p for 100k.
There's no date as to when buying and selling gold will be enabled. Same for the commodities trade.

is anyone actually able to keep up with the repair costs? i have less than 1k gold left, from around 1.5-2m this morning - granted i was testing new builds but still that is ridiculous.

I did until 1.0.3. Only reason I stopped is that it was too slow because of the IAS nerf.

Loved it before that, big chunk of DPS.
