Even worse than the first one Most of the film seemed to have no point or story to it.

The Artist - Fantastic black and white silent narrow screen film set in the era of change between silent movies and talkies. It really grabbed me and I enjoyed it but looking back on it I feel it was maybe a bit gimmicky for a 2011 film. Oh well, I was either sucked in to a gimmick (along with Cannes, BAFTA, the Oscars and a load of others) or it was genuinely a brilliant film. Would recommend for you to make up your own mind. 4/5

I kinda agree with this... It was good, but maybe just a bit too "clever" for its own good.

The bit where he has the dream was brilliant, though.

Watched "the Crow" for the first time ever.

Yes its aged, but its not too bad. Pretty much what I was expecting.

Scary how simliar heath ledgers Jokers persona was to Brandon Lees Crow in some places.

Fortress - about B17s not the one with Highlander in it. Turned it off after 20 mins.

Super 8 - 7/10. I quite like it.

Iron Man 2 - 7/10. Again like the film - noticed Sam Rockwell has really bad fake tan stains on his hands whilst dining with Micky Rourke's character. Looks really odd.

I found the plot to be fairly forgettable but the SFX were surprisingly good throughout (especially as I aws expecting an Asylum-style mock-buster). Much the same story with 'Red Tails'.

Amazing film. One of the best horrors of this generation.

Must see, apart from sky ripping me off. I wanted HD and they let me buy Standard without even telling me.
