No, phys res is the worst one you could possibly choose. Phys res is sought after as a nice extra, fire res is somewhat also. Any of the other resistances are ignored really and just improved as part of all res.

It depends how you're planning to go about gearing up and how much res you have. Searching for something with nice vit/dex and then 1 particular res, or searching for something with all res/1 res and paying more but getting twice the benefit (and all res can roll higher values I think). Depends how much you're willing to spend really. Ignoring all res will definitely let you get better stats for the same price but the lower max res stat will come back and bite you later.

So am I right in saying I should concentrate on building up any resistance except physical and fire, but keep the passive skill to make all res's equal to the highest and that will give me the best chance of a good overall resistance?

whats a good monk skill build? Im confused. Just got to Hell, level 53. Up until now i've been using the 100 punch thing and the whirlwind kick for when i get mobbed and i can kick them all off for some space. The healing one and the invulnerablity shield. But i get the impression of hell so far this this is rubbish. I had a look at various build sites but they never say the same thing. So, can anyone whos done it suggest the good skills to use?

cheers.

I'm by no means an expert but I'm using the following:

LMB: Crippling Wave with Breaking Wave (great for dealing with mobs)
RMB: Lashing Tail Kick with Hand of Ytar (for hitting targets further away)

Active Skills

1: Serenity with Peaceful Repose (3 seconds of invulnerability plus a nice heath boost)
2: Sweeping Wind with Cyclone (adds massive extra damage when charged)
3: Mantra of Healing with Time of Need (nice health buff)
4: Mystic Ally with Earth Ally (nice extra target for mobs to concentrate on more than anything else)

Passive Skills

Near Death Experience
Sieze The Initiative
One With Everything

I'm almost level 60 in Act 3 on Hell difficulty and these are serving me quite well!

Hope this helps.....

What are everyone's opinions on the best way to farm Act 1 Inferno?

At the moment I'm just doing Warden/Butcher but is there a more profitable route? I did upgrade my Hell staff for whimseyshire a while back but that seems to be a colossal waste of time. I've not actually tried Act 2 which I guess I maybe should. Had planned to store some cash up first for upgrades/repairs.

I start from the Imprisoned Angel quest (first bit) and go to the Cemetery and kill the gold/blue outside if there is one. I then go into all the crypts and get as many stacks as i can.

I then port into Leorics Manor and go into the house and outside the front and kill the 1/2 packs out there. Then go to Halls of Agony level 1 and do the butcher run killing every pack you see.

If after the butcher you don't mind carrying on go to Fields of Agony and the Forest place and royal crypts and just kill packs. As you now get the same from a pack and most the time 2+ yellows with 5 stacks it's worth farming all elite packs now.

Hey guys, can someone tell what this is worth, as i want to sell it on AH.

No need to discount Physical w/ One With Everything.

I've concentrated on Phys Resist, and used One With Everything to make all resists equal to Phys.

Not a lot to be honest mate the dps on this is pretty poor, although the crit brings it up a little i doubt it'll get much or sell if at all.

Not much dude, DPS is pretty low for anyone at lvl 60 even with crit damage being quite high. I only sell the best items now as with a 10 item limit I just end up with auctions that don't sell but take up space.

Wouldn't bother. Unless you have weapons that do 700+ damage with amazing stats they won't go for much at all. Picked up a 880 dps Daibo yesterday with 100vit, 100 str and spirit regen. Thinking I had got a mint find.
Only to see them as common as muck for around 100k on the AH.

How much would this be worth on either the gold AH and the RMAH please?

Never sold anything before :)

Is there a site which gives you general ideas of item value?
