Ok. I dont class it as mutilation as most wouldnt class piercings as mutilation.

I think it would be worse off getting it done as an adult, rather have it done as a child when you cant remember it. Its a much smaller piece of skin to remove as a child then as an adult.

None of that makes any sense. The amount if skin removed as an adult is the same proportion of total skin area as if it was done as a child. You don't class it as mutilation because... religion? That also doesn't make sense. Mutilation is mutilation regardless of the motivations behind it. You're taking a knife to a child when he doesn't need it, in order to perform an irreversible cosmetic surgery he demonstrably does not need. THAT IS PRETTY MUCH THE DEFINITION OF MUTILATION!
