my 2 cents.

I had a very simular situation with my team leader. Went on for months till i decided i had enough. I sent a email to HR pointing out everything he had done over the past few weeks/months, all noted down.

Had a meeting that day, went home feeling a weight off my shoulder but also worried as too what was gona happen next!!

Went to work next day, moved me to another team and that was that.

Ended up being MORE civilized with him after it all.

So, you never know, it may work out. Good luck.

Yeah I think that is enough bashing for now. What she done may have been wrong. I think she may now realise what she done was ott but lets show a little support for someone who is probably feeling like hell right now. =P

Bit of advice to trix, We all have to work and interact with people we toatly dispise in life. The best thing to do is just get on with your work and not let all the things 'Jim' does get to you. Just shrug it off and continue. What was said can however be costly and a big apologie might be required now as the letter may have dug you into a bigger hole.
