128GB Samsung 830
128GB M4

Sandisk Extreme 120GB SATA III, that's what I've ordered, don't like to jump onto the hype of other supposedly better SSDs. M4 specs vs the Extreme yet they have the cheek to make it cost £15 more![]()
Just 'Youtubed' Crucial M4 vs Sandisk Extreme and found this:Sandisk beat it in boot time by a second.![]()

In a couple of weeks I'll have about £80 to spend on an SSD but I'm unsure which to get.
Any suggestions please? I have no idea what to get. Should I go to the MM and get more for my ££?
It's not the same price everywhere, and it has 8GB more space.
Yes, a very accurate result by a 'youtube' user. Not even repeated 3 times to rule out anomalies.![]()
We're talking about www.overclockers.co.uk in terms of price hence the title 'Overclockers UK'. I was just showing a quick demonstration of the minimal difference not not even including anything to do with over double the write time the Sandisk has.
M4 and 830 are both great (non-Sandforce) drives.
