I notice my Play account currently has over £60 worth of installed paid apps, more than I imagined I would have had! Although I've had this account since Android 1 so maybe not so much given the timescale

Once logged in, go to privacy settings in the app and enable timeline and public view for the current list.

The only way I can think of is using a lockscreen replacement, such as Widgetlocker. Then adding notification widgets on the lockscreen
