Another one bites the dust.
After me thinking mine was perfect, it's got a screen fault. Weird one, only happens in landscape mode and doesn't occur in every app. Basically when I grip the tab with my left thumb in an area just below the bottom left hand corner of the screen, it disables touch input to the screen. Great. And the buyer of ecstasy where I bought it isn't expecting delivery until 10th August.

That's for mocking me. 
But that does suck, their seems to be a lot of touchscreen issues.

I'd recommend anyone who's got one of these to download Multitouch Test and make sure they don't have the same problem I do. Not apparent in Chrome which is probably why I never picked it up immediately, if indeed the fault has not developed since initial purchase.
Couldn't that be corrected with a software fix though?

When I briefly had a HTC One X (of the 6 I went through, I noticed it on two of them), it too suffered from screen flickering issues, and if I remember correctly it was down to Tegra drivers not being properly optimised or something. I'm not sure if it ever got sorted, but I imagine it would have done.

Overall mine has been great except this weird bug i get where the screen seems to go black ingame after a while. It was doing it in "shoot the apple" yesterday and was very annoying it only does it ingame, not even in the menu's 
Then i loaded it up a few hours later and it was fine but eventually it did it again. Might be a problem with that specific game..

It has to be a bug in jelly bean...happens to me as well....been playing raptide and screen goes to sleep if you don't touch it....

i order 1 from google play on the 13/07/2012 and i'm still wait for one to be send to me. im going to use a mobile wi-fi huawei e5830 hope it works

WIFI hotspot type dongles work fine, so does tethering my Nexus.
The contrast things happened to me once or twice, but its more like some setting that applies in 3d apps and it doesn't return to normal straight away, but does after loading another app. I'm assuming its a software fault tbh...
