*** The Official Google Nexus 7 Thread ***

The Nexus 7 is the actual TV remote Google will be using for their upcoming Fiber TV/Web network launch in the US. It will be crucial that they iron out these manufacturing defects and QA issues.

First charge was while I was out so no idea how long that took, second was overnight and had stopped charging for some reason, this is it's third charge and given the chart supplied and my issues with the second charge I am in agreement with you that something is wrong, looks like that along with the flickering backlight really is going to make me return it :(
 
Great point. And they are giving away the Nexus 7 free with the TV and internet package. Can you imagine Google sets up shop in the UK with Gigabyte Google "Fiber" offering internet speeds 100 times faster than what most people have and an incredible TV package? This full package would cost the equivalent of £ 75 per month, but there are cheaper options. And by giving away the Nexus 7 as part of the deal, will insure Nexus 7's are on back-order globally for a while! Check it out:

Something wrong with my tablet. Won't charge beyond 40% and the battery discharges very quickly even with screen off. Faulty battery it looks like. If I have to return this as well, I give up.

Started happening from yesterday, will try a factory reset.
 
I wouldn't sell him anything as it's pretty much guaranteed that he will post a moan about it on here due to some inane thing "wrong" with it :rolleyes:

Are you using the proper charger or a phone charger which supplies half the power?

well if u stopped whinning all the time people will respect u more. I certainly would not do business with you regardless of your so called trade rating. selling you perfect conditioned stuff and u moaning that there is a spec of dust on the corner of the item you purchased and having a issy fit about it is why people are ****ging u off and would not do business with u.

Everyone seems to think I've made up the faults with the Nexus 7. Yes, I am picky and yes both of my devices had a screen raise issue which is why I sent them both back.

Now leave it at that.
 
It wasn't just the nexus 7 though, it was also the iphone 4s and GS 2 (went through about 3 or 4 of both the handsets) :p :D


And have to agree, there is no way I would sell you something, not even if you were paying over the asking price :p
