the biggest problem with co-op for me is that people just zerg it.

I prefer to explore all areas of a map (even in inferno) and most pubs ive seen just hack their way through to the champion/bosses etc.

I get bored playing solo, and all i ever see on the public menu is:

Players on this quest: 0

Players on this quest: 2

Players on this quest: 0

Players on this quest: 1

Considering the amount of players in the game, why do most avoid co-op?

Blizzard needs to entice more people into it.

I came back to it today (I play US servers) and it was empty, so many games had 0 players this evening.

Also if you're in EU, playing US, you will not be able to use RMAH (... a good way of avoiding temptation :p)

For me games are boring, but co-op / multiplayer games is where my heart is, I dislike single player games, it just boring and becomes tedious, genuinely prefer to code (even write documentation) instead of playing single player games.

Diablo 3 graphics are great, some aspects of the gameplay are really broken, but the multiplayer is especially broken.

Still playing POE, I just wish the graphics could be as good as in Diablo 3

Because the sad fact about coop is, the enemies gain a pretty significant chunk of hp with every extra player. For regular foes that can cause problems but nothing you can't overcome. The real issue are champ/elite packs. When you get a mob with some stupid combination of abilities you want to know if you can rely on your allies. Most people who play DH seem to play glass cannon and the wizards/witch doctors probably aren't far behind. That is kind of at odds with the barb and monk who stand there ground to dish out beatings. All it takes is 1 of the 3/4 champs to chase down your ally and you're left fighting 2 alone with almost twice the hp.

Can someone explain to me please why when i have completed Nightmare with a group, beating diablo. I am after all ending screens back in Nightmare at beginning?

Have you selected hell difficulty on main screen? otherwise you probably aren't lv50? which is needed for it.

Question, where does the money from the 15% blizzard cut go?

I take it not all of it goes to the developers?

Depends if you select PayPal or not I expect. PayPal charge ~3% AFAIK (which is apparently a lot compared to other companies). If you choose Battle Net balance, I suspect Blizzard get all of it apart from any fees they have to pay credit/debit card companies for dealing with them.

My monk does twice that damage at lvl 43. Level reduction, especially on weapon, is awesome when leveling.

[Edit] just noticed this in an email:

Item name Burden Bruiser
Time of transaction 05 August 2012 12:03 PM BST
Sale price £11.20
Transaction fee £1.00
Transfer fee £1.53
Applicable taxes £0.00
Your proceeds £8.67

Wish you could see item stats after selling. Don't think it was anything good, just stuck it up for £3 minimum bid to make space in stash. :D

How do i get more powerful?
At level 50 am doing 1700 dps.

Try get as much int as possible, crit/attack/speed crit damage are also good stats but scale better with a higher dps weap obviously.:p

Look for a nice 1h high dps weap with int/vita/crit damage bonus and a source offhand with high damage range/int/crit damage on it.(try to find one with a consistant damage range, like 100-300 rather than 50-300)

I havent sold anything on RMAH. Although im probably only going to get a sale if i stumble upon a legendary or an amazing rare item at level 60.

Im level 26 and wondering why my rare and uncommon items arnt selling =) aaaha.

Yay beat belial on inferno last night after trying all weekend :) Now to take on act III. Any elite DHs out there tell me what my stats are going to need to be to make it through? I'm currently rocking about 40k dps without SS, 250% crit dmg, 30% crit hit, 25k dps. What should I focus on in the unlikely event I ever have enough gold to upgrade? Spent 400k on a 1100 dps 10% IAS 80 dex xbow so now I'm close to broke.

You'll need about 30khp, 3K armor and 350 physical resist to not get 1 shot by regular critters I think. Stuff like skull cleavers and demon tremors will still 1 shot you (these hit me for 20-30k with 650+ physical res and nearly 4k armor)

Make space for Shadowpower/Gloom on your hotbar, it does make life in Act 3 a lot more comfortable.

You can't if you didn't choose the Paypal option and paid the 15% extra tax.

You can however buy RMAH gold using your funds then re-sell them using Paypal option. You'l make a loss though..

Buy an item from a friend for the same ammount of cash you have, then get them to transfer it to you.

That is rubbish way as you get another 15% cut. But what happens to the way Blizzard promised that when something sells you have option to withdraw to your paypal or keep in your battlenet. Whats going on? Where is that option now?

Also has anyone noticed how crap wiz shield spells are?!?!! They hardy do any protection at all and last few minutes at most! Rip off! Diamond skin is the best ever!
