***The Official Samsung Galaxy S III Thread***

I heard from someone who works at a phone store that we'll soon see the release of a red S3. Not sure how true that is (or if it's old news or not), but I reckon that would look pretty good.

There's some pictures of it in this thread somewhere and I know the USA already have a red version, I'll stick with my white :D
 
Just a note, does any know if I can use my micro USB connectors that I have for my HP touch pad, HTC desire on this phone.

- Stock Touchwiz with few under the bonnet performance tweaks
Revolution Rom

- Lightweight Touchwiz, with more custom tweaks
Wanamlite or RGUI (personally found RGUI to be smoother that Wanamlite)

- Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich (Awesome, but loses excellent Sammy camera)

Question: I've moved from the One X to the SGS3 because I was getting dropped cellular signals around my house. I was using an app that tells you when your phone loses signal as the main way of monitoring.

I've installed this on the SGS3 and so far it has not dropped the signal, which is great.

However, when I check the battery stats, the Cell Standby screen tells me that the phone has a 'Time Without Signal' of 6%, and it's rising.

Any ideas what that is all about?
 
The cell standby indicator is bugged, so it's probably that. It reads it wrongly, you need the latest OTA to fix it, or a ROM with the fix applied.

I'm not sure I like it TBH. When getting the Blue it was definitely the lesser of two evils and I would have prefered a black one, but now I've seen a pic it just looks dull.
