Out of interest though when did his tactics become out dated again? They must have gone out of fashion quickly considering they worked the previous year when we made the final :p

well I saw RVP's and Fletcher's shirt and it isnt the same - and with no bib either (although I admit I didnt notice Rooney is wearing the same as Nani)

Didnt realise that was a "performance monitoring" shirt :)

Still thought it strange he was in tracky bottoms rather than shorts

Jol says he thinks it will be impossible to keep Dempsey, that Dempsey's told everybody he's joining Liverpool but that we've not actually made an offer to Fulham yet.

It sounds as if this is going to deadline day in an attempt to get him as cheaply as possible.

He's long been too negative in games where you should crush the opposition in europe. You can't argue with his home record but the number of European cups is in spite of Fergie not because of him.

I don't know of many United fans that think tactically he isn't lacking in European football but would a better manager in Europe have delivered as many titles at home, probably not.

Fergie has said there's been nothing definite on the Berba front and that there's been a bit of interest but not much, apparently.

Was just in the press conference a second ago.

He's also just said that's it we're finished in the transfer window.

He should come to Everton, we would love him. We would even agree to pay for his ciggies each week and 10% of his wages. Surely that's better than being treated like a discarded condom.
