Reports on ESPN that Utd have turned down an undisclosed bid from Chelsea for Chicharito. Makes you wonder with RVP and Henriquez coming, Berbatov and Macheda a knocking bet for going, would another follow suit ?

Doubt it. Henriquez won't be first team. Macheda and Berba are likely to leave. Fergie traditionally likes having 4 strikers to choose from. Rooney. Van Persie. Chicharito. Welbeck. :) Suppose Will Keane would have been the youth option to have on the bench and get a few minutes at the end of comfortably won matches. Henriquez will hopefully get this or, as said earlier, maybe a few league matches. :)
 
Greek media reporting that they'll be an announcement (from Olympiakos) tonight about Mirallas and Everton....

Kyle Bartley has joined Swansea for ~£1m which is a real shame as he looked awesome in preseason (better than the likes of Squillaci and Djourou)... dominant in the air, strong in the air and calm in distribution.

talkSport reckon it was us that put the low offer in for Dembele, they reckon it was 5m..... yep I reckon it's total guess work on their part as well :p

In all honesty I don't know a lot about him but Moyes and forwards always worry me. We look damn light in midfield to me. Pienaar Gibson Fellaini Barkley Osman and Junior. With Cahill and Rodwell going I hope we have someone else to step in other than Neville.

He's very adapt as a winger as well... and he's right footed. Played on both wings for Belgium the other night.
 
Following on from my post earlier regarding a story in the Liverpool Echo claiming that Liverpool are no longer interested in Dempsey, Tony Barrett from the Times has said the same. If that really is the case, Fulham & Dempsey are in a tricky situation unless one of the other bigger clubs comes in for him - which doesn't seem likely right now.

Not transfer related but Tony Barrett has also said that Pep Segura (one of the guys brought in from Barca to run our academy) has left the club. It would be interesting to know the reasons behind that - a few months ago he was reportedly one of the main men advising the owners regarding the managers job and supposed to be lined-up as one of the men on the 'technical board'.
