In UK law you'd be right, however I don't know about Romanian law although it's possible you could shed some light on that particular question? The lady could still be charged with one of the sexual offences were it to have happened in the UK though of course, not to mention the GBH/ABH or whatever was most appropriate for the stabbing.
For what it's worth I think the UK law is too narrowly defined here and that it is possible for a woman to rape a man but in terms of trying to draw up a sufficiently clear and coherent definition it is difficult.
This is what I meant. I seem to remember a thread posted on here a few years back about the UK law regarding a woman raping a man, and how a woman would most likely be charged with something else rather than rape. Or maybe I made it all up, I can't remember.
