Can anyone recommend an arm-band/strap so I can take my phone out running? It can't go in my pocket as it bounces all over the shop and is likely to fall out. I had a look in a running shop but they all seemed expensive for something I thought ought to be quite basic. It's an SGS3. Sorry for thread hijack but if I get it I can join the team

eBay. I have had 3 different ones that all lasted around a year before the velcro started to go but at around £3 posted it makes more sense than an expensive one, especially as you're likely to change phones every 18-24 months.

Having just posted a new 10k running PB (really chuffed with this, big improvement) I thought I'd join and jump to the top of the leaderboard

(Sure it won't last long!)

Please do! I had a look at your run last Friday, i couldn't hope to do a 5km that quickly and by the looks of it you were doing sprint bursts as well so you could probably knock that down quite a lot at a stable speed. My <45min 10km today was very much at my limit but I'm sure you'll knock chunks off that

I have to say Endomondo has been an awesome tool for providing personal competition. I've only been running (or exercising of any form) since March/April ish. Without an accurate way to record how quickly I was improving and being able to compete against myself, I'd have surely given up already. Hopefully competing against you slackers (

) will push me even harder..!

Joined the challenge, not sure why though as doubt I will run a half marathon this year.

hehe, i didnt realise it would go through my rides retrospectively and add my fastest times to the challenges. They were all group rides, so the times were a lot faster than i could do on my own.

I'v removed all of my group rides from the challenges now and only entered rides where i was on my own. So the times are not so bad now.

Who changed the picture on the challenge?

I need to work out how to do a challenge where only certain members of a team can enter. I can do a team challenge but then it doesnt list as individuals. I will have a play.

It's just a generic picture I think as it's on them all... BTW, as you are the challenge owner, you can hit REMOVE beside the persons name to remove them from it.

Do we know who they are though? Hate to remove someone who was a member!

Can you see if you can create a challenge thats only members of one team can enter?

Can't seem to do it. The most you can do is make it non-public and then invite people...
