OCUK Endomondo Team Thread

You can go back and change them.

A lot of the rides i put on endomondo were ones that i had on strava already so i just downloaded gpx files and uploaded them to endomondo. That put them in as running by default (i couldnt understand why i wasnt being ranked in the challenges). I went back and changed them all to cycling.

Somebody called "Armando Jorge Cerdeira" has joined the 1m challenge with a time of 3 minutes 23s, which means he's smashed the world record by 20 seconds. Why do people feel the need to make up such retarded lies on the internet? :|

I've removed him.

What about the guy in second? Is he a member here?

Also - for the cyclists, I changed the challenges to 10 miles and 20 miles as it was 10 miles and 20km.

Possibly logged some cycling as running by accident. I'v done that a few times now because running is the default and sometimes i forget to change it.

edit: of course, that doesnt excuse him from joining our OcUK challenge

I thought the same, but then I saw the workout he logged; http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/59662854

Who knows what the hell he was doing?

Anyway, thanks for removing him daveski :)

Ahh, he had been removed from the challenge already so i couldnt see his workout.
Looks to me like innacurate GPS data, so it looks like he's doing lots of zig-zags when i suspect he's probably running in a (much shorter) straight line.
I dont think he's maliciously trying to lie about his times.

Anyway, he's not an OcUKer and he's been removed, so no probs :)

Just bashed my 10k in so just a half to get a time for, then to start improving on them.

There's some very dubious times on the 1 mile and a couple on the 5k, especially when you look at their pb's and stuff. Did we work out if we can make it private for ocuk'ers in the end?
