A bit meh one way or another (like quite a lot of their work). In context of when it was made it's some of the better music of the time, but in the longer run its woeful to try and listen too...

No doubt there are plenty of fans who will come and sing its praises but they are in part less of a band and more of an icon of a generation of people (translating to they are only good to people "who were there", I wasn't)

The film is OK but don't go out of my way to watch it.

The album is great if I'm in the mood - a night drive when everyone else in the car is akip then its just the thing.

It was the first album I ever bought and I still look back and smile.
For some it was the album of their generation, at least for the older teenagers, I was just about able to appreciate it at the tender age of 12, and it is still a go back to album even now, at the time it seemed like it said everything I felt before I even thought it - I was an angry pre-teen!! :-)
For me 79 and 92 were the best years of my life musically, completely different styles of music, but life changing for me....

It's got a few good songs but you have to wade through a lot of crap to listen to them. I prefer dark side of the moon.

One of their best albums, though probably topped by dark side and wish you were here. The guitar solo on comfortably numb is especially good.

I went to see the film at the pics when it was released, can't remember a single thing about it other that I found it boring, though I was only 14, still I have no desire to watch it again.

The album I liked, particularly comfortably numb.

I really like it, mother and goodbye blue skies are amazing. That said I prefer animals and wish you were here.

Garbage.
Even though I saw them live 3 times in the 70s I've never liked them.
Funnily enough I was in the Pompeii Auditorium two weeks ago thinking about one of the worst concerts ever committed to film.
