However i need to reduce the noise as much as possible but maintaining the same specifications and roughly the same price i.e the cooler may be a bit big?
 
Get the Gigabyte 7850, can you afford a more expensive PSU that is quieter? You also wont need the SATA cable.

What's your reasoning for that? Was thinking of getting the PE over the Gigabyte, windforce x2 looks poop. :(

Headphones are a bargain, picked them up the other week and they're awesome for £15.
 
Windforce is quieter, high levels of overclock, has UK RMA if something goes wrong, and currently is good pricing.

The motherboard comes with 4 SATA cables.

MSI is UK RMA to. I think the windforce is quieter but OC'ing is luck of the draw, I've read reviews of the Gigabyte 7850 and it states the OC headroom was poor with them but it's all just luck with what you get I guess.
 
The Cooler Master gets posted quite a lot in builds but is out of stock, the Corsair is again is a capable PSU.
