GTX 660.

Yeah, I was saying that more to your comment about the 660ti being out of place though :P

Cheapest 660Ti's are about £230 elsewhere. Thats still 28% more expensive than this 660 at £180 so I stand by that comment. No way the TI is worth 28% more.

the 660 is decent value, the 660TI is not.

I think the 670, 660 ti and 660 are priced fairly. This is not competitor price hinting but just an example of what I think they should be priced at

670 - 370 euro
660 ti - 280 euro
660 - 225 euro

Nothing wrong with the ti being 28 percent more expensive. Some games it performs noticeably better than the non-ti and overclocking can't bridge the gap. You always pay a small bit extra premium as you go up the ladder as well.

Where you shop lol? Do you go to somewhere where you don't pay VAT or something or get them of some guy whose nicked them out the back of a lorry? It's like you're trying to say OCUK has substantially higher prices than elsewhere.

I know some of us sound like broken records at this point, but the reviews generally agree that the price is too high to be an automatic recommendation.

Hear that, nV? Price. Too. High.

Most places seem to imply its fairly priced... but a bit high to be a clear recommendation as its priced exactly the same as the 7870 while offering the same level of performance in general.

lol ouch at the witcher performance. Honestly just pathetic the kind of upgrade i am looking at from a 460 for the same money two years later, TWO ****ING YEARS).
am really starting to consider a 360, all i play is dota 2 anyways, global economy could easily crash mid 2013 and these mother****ing gpu companies are just taking the ****ing ****.

660 non ti is on another level than the 460 tbh (in general)

Well those sites that give a performance/£ summary tend to favour the 7870 (and the 7850). Both AMD cards also offer better power efficiency, and better overclocking potential.

It's really hard to recommend the 660 at this price.

Err lower settings? A 360 is only going to be doing the same on a cross platform game :D

..lol nice spaz out D13

so is there a 650ti coming or not this time around?
650 worse than a 550ti >< zzz

ughgh ok i went off on one there
I just feel like these cards should be about 150 and the ti should be in this 180-200 price range.

This is nvidia they don't give a damn as they rule the top end market which is where the big money is.

It seems the OEM GTX660TI is slower than the retail one according to Toms Hardware.

Not sure what to make of the GTX650 - power draw looks decent, but price/performance is worse than an HD7770 which itself is worse than an HD6850 1GB IMHO!!
