Open a thread in the customer services section detailing your issue. 5UB is very good at getting these sort of issues sorted out.

If it doesn't work out of the box like it should, send it back. You shouldn't have to mess around with power tune or anything like that when running the card at its default configuration, regardless of whether it is pre overclocked or not.

Yeah i made a thread asking for advice and explained my situation and it got locked by a mod

Granted it was in the incorrect section but i was asking for advise and expressing my displeasure with ocuk goods.

Its like they dont want other customers seeing whats happend

Im very close to ordering another card elsewhere right now !!

Nah its because they don't want customers/members fueling the situation if the customer/member is abit angry, it could make matter's a lot worse an quickly lose sight of the problem at hand.

Just expressing my displeasure how ive had 2 faulty items in a month and not heard back for the msi board in 2 weeks

I just want this replaced and to have a chat about the options i have (the 7870)

If it got heated then by all means, lock the thread lol

No what i mean is, it only takes one customer to be in a not so good mood or

displeased with a product.

Come here make a thread about it then some one reply with some thing thats

not true or post some thing to make matters worse, at the end of the day

the only people that can do any thing regarding problems are Ocuk, this is

what i mean by other people getting it to the mix of things

The post wasn't pointed at you, i was posting just a rough idea why some threads get locked that are to do with customer complaints

An in all fairness that thread was locked because it was in the wrong section, his reply was post in CS.

But either way i hope you get your problem sorted m8 5UB in the CS section very good and always gets the job done
