It means the stock 9.X kernel. Mike includes stock kernel in his roms. Just extract boot.img from rom zip.

It comes with S4, which is different then what we have over here. The S4 is much better SoC then the tegra, its faster, much better with battery, and overall just way ahead :)
 
Just be careful though as the XL that is being released here for EE has a qHD screen as opposed to the XL that has been released everywhere else which has an IPS Super LCD screen.
 
Trying to flash my phone and following instructions it says flash the zip AFTER locking the bootloader, well it's not allowed since it's locked, not sure what to do.

I locked the bootloader on with the ARHD rom on so security warning has come up cause it's not stock rom.
 
I relocked it, then needed to flash the firmware. The bootloader has security warning on it so I can't boot into old rom to then do the command in the step to flash the new firmware.
