October 23rd Media Event

I really wanted an iPad mini. But also wanted the retina screen. Going to have to digest everything and then decide to either keep the 2 for another year or go for the mini now.

I bought an iPad 3 weeks ago.

Technically, I could send it back. I bought it off ebay "new" - but it had been previously opened and used and restored about 10 days before I got it.

I don't think I'm going to bother to be honest. It's a 32GB and cost me £400 inc del, which is still £80 cheaper than a new one.

I feel sorry for the users who purchased an iPad 3 in the last 2 months. HA!

Couldn't care less, I bought at launch which was awhile ago, the display is the same and I don't care about lightning connector, the big deal for switching to the iPad 3rd gen was the display, processor bump won't make much difference unless your using the gaming apps.

Same here and the Nexus 7 stays.

As usual, I am nonplussed with all the iPad announcements and hype. But, the 13" rMBP could be a steal, 15" was always too big for me.

I was expecting £250 for 8gb so £269 for 16gb isn't too bad, I just want something a little bit more portable then my ipad2 , I just wished the cellular models were abit cheaper
