Scan and match definitely not working for me. I wonder if it is because I signed up previously when in the US?
After a lengthy exchange of emails with google play tech support over the last 48 hours......
1. It doesn't matter where you signed up to music, it only matters where you are uploading from. As long as you are behind a UK/Euro ip address with no ip spoofing active, there will be no issues with the servers thinking you are in the USA and causing S&M ( Oooer! ) to be unavailable.
2. S&M is a bit wonky, and very picky atm.
3. Things will slowly improve.
