If you've only just transferred your number it can have some downtime anyway. I'd give it a bit of time.

it is over 2 days now...old card doesnt work. now,as I have told them - again, that there si a problem, I have been told it may take them few days to fix it!! and few days to get a replacement card!!

I was unable to gert any phonecalls or texts...I could make phone calls...am fuming now...
 
Google in hopeless customer service shocker.

Did I not say this would happen?

Unfortunately this is the downfall of using a cheaper provider they save costs by not being quick doing pretty much anything.

Ah sorry to hear that, would drive me up the wall too. I've always found GiffGaff to be a bit crap and unreliable. I deal with it though because it's so cheap.

OK so I just got off the phone, gave TNT my postcode and no deliveries were scheduled for today..sigh, might as well get back to work.

So im pending in Wallet with Shipping estimate of the 15th in the play store.

Just phoned them to ask why I'm still pending and got no answer of any real substance.

A little frustrating to say the least.

And giffgaff arnt really that much cheaper than 3 mobile now, I'm actually leaving them when I finally get a Win8 tablet so I can tether.
