I can confirm that the User Defined fan profile is fixed for the 7970 Matrix Platinum in GPU Tweak Version 2.2.9.6

EDIT:
Scrap that, it's still linked to VDDC Power Temperature, NOT the GPU temperature.... *sigh*

2.2.9.6 is getting there for one card,its garbage for crossfire.:mad:

Doesn't always apply settings to both cards,
getting to the point of sending 1 if not both back.


The cards themselves are awesome - software failure in my eyes.

Can't believe they released the cards with such poor software ,
wouldn't be so bad but you can't use any other.

Please, you have nothing to be sorry about. The software is pants and i'm going to write an email to ASUS to inform them of this.
 
Just so bleep annoying.

Really needed this sorted so I could either keep these,
or keep the Classifieds but need the software working
to be certain
 
I had mine longer than 14 days. Can I still send mine back on the grounds the software makes this card almost pointless?
 
@whyscotty (and other Matrix Platinum users)
How much does your GPU Voltage drop when under load? I set 1300mv and idle is reports 1304mv but under load it plummets to 1220-1250mv....That's with LLC @ 100%!!!
 
That's one hell of a voltage drop. Especially for a card that has LLC :/ or is that the norm for these cards? BF3 @ 1.3v gives 1.22v
