A crying shame.
Anyone found that the Gumtree ads and Facebook ads are populated by the worlds worst scammers? I actually enjoy baiting them when bored.
Okay i tryed nova launcher again and customized a few things and it looks and runs great. Much more smoother than stock!
The only thing that botheres me is the notification bar at the top with your battery status ect. is there anyway to change how that bar looks? I know you can hide it with the nova launcher but it would look much better if you could make it transparent so it doesnt have the ugly grey bar there and just had the symbols.

It's quite good over there, just check their trader rating you should be ok.

I don't think it's possible with a launcher, I think I also tried with Nova. It was one of the reasons I flashed another ROM, that grey bar was horrible.

It's like anything, there's always a percentage that goes bad. Like I said look for a long history of good trades, buy the seller not just the product.
I've traded on and off for years over there, as I'm sure have others here. And its a lot safer than ebay etal.
You can use omega status bar, status bar+ or super status bar to change the notification bar without rooting etc. although those apps are a bit buggy still but they do the job just fine really.
Handtec are decent. I've bought a couple of phones from them and they've been spot on with delivery. Prices are competitive too.
If anyone is looking for a cheap but decent hardcase i got one one of these today and i like it a lot, it's made of bead blasted plastic so has unusual texture for a case and doesn't pick up finger prints and the case fits very well also.
Anyone had any experience with the official case? I am looking for a case (the one above also looks ok), but am worried that the cover on the official case doesn't fasten, so could just flap open if the phone drops. Doesn't look like it offers much protection either.
It won;t be unlocked as standard - you will have to do it yourself with a code from ebay.
