Just tried firefox beta and flash worked perfectly. Doesn't work in regular firefox though. Are there many difference?
Thanks guys, there seems to be very minimal bleed on the top right when viewing but nothing compared to others I have seen. Might give it a day or two see what its like after watching some movies.
edit: actually im going to call them anyway for a replacement (0800 3286081, option 3 for warranty, then 1 for Nexus) if its worse than this one i'll send both back
edit 2: Called the above, got connected to a helpful chap in Utah, lol Replacement is pretty straight forward, they send it out and then you send other one back. I asked the guy if this was a big screen problem and he said yes its one of the main problems, getting calls from everywhere about it. Then asked about the great British weather/floods while processing the email/rma lol All in all pretty good, lets just hope the replacement is defect free!

Check if the seal is broken when it arrives, and whether it looks like a customer return. Mine certainly looks that way.

Yep same, and the main reason I decided to go for a refund. Word of caution if you pass 15 days from the original purchase you will no longer be able to receive a refund.
Finally got around to calling google for a replacement. Thoroughly nice chap on the phone and a replacement in the mail. Hopefully no backlight bleed and maybe it won't crash daily.
Edit: lol I see you have to order the replacement yourself... I keep getting a bad request error

posting from my nexus 10 now 
managed to check for backlight bleed properly now. Full brightness and in a dark room i can see slight backlight bleed in the bottom right corner, nowhere near bad enough for me to get refund, never going to have it on full brightness on a blackscreen anyway so im perfectly happy with it.

Sounds exactly the same as mine.
found something the keyboard does which is driving me mad..sometimes i will mistype a word and then try to delete it, but when i hit backspace it copies the word im trying to delete and sticks it on the end every time. Why is it doing this and how do i stop it ???
There might well be a 64. Given they released a bigger 7 after a few months.
Apologies if this has been discussed but why put CM10 on this, with root and various apps can't you achieve exactly the same result whilst retaining lovely Google build?
