Fetch the default browser apk from xda developers or something, it does flash playback better than any of these browsers.
 
I apologise in advance as this must crop up a lot but what cases/sleeves are people on here using for this?

(I did read the last 20+ pages and I searched the thread but that gave me 285 results for "case" hence it's a lot easier to ask)
 
Hi guys, the girlfriend got a nexus 7 32GB for xmas.

Whilst she's at mine, is there a free/cheap app that allows streaming from my microserver?

It has PS3 media server and air playit server installed currently which allows streaming to my PS3 + ipad, would be nice if I didn't have to install additional resources at the server end.

Skifta is DLNA compliant. Works with other systems and can also navigate networked drives as well.

Me too. But for them browser you need to place it in a certain directory using a root enabled file manager. Google has all the answers.
 
hmm the two Nexus I got my girls for xmas seem to have a problem. when you apply a little pressure with finger tip(not to much) You get a rainbow effect behind the screen? Is this a fault?

Don't fancy dealing with google again was a bloody nightmare getting mine delevered.....

I'd just overcome that naggle to not deal with them, sure they suck at comms and delivery at the moment, but hey, theres no reason why you should have an imperfect device.

Aye just am worried now that I might be using to much pressure and that all nexus will do this. It's like the effect if you push on the screen of your monitor.

Naa, not due to you using the screen. Trust me, its a fault, it might have come too tight from the factory and the quality control issues.

You do not want to keep using it while it does that.
