Water. The most easily accessible thing in our country aside from trash tv and mac10s. I see people, all the time, buying bottled water. It confuses me. The only justification for buying a bottle of water, in my view, is that you just lost you last one. Just how deep is your gym bag? Some of the prices for bottled water are outrageous, particularly in a service station. The water costs more than petrol. Of course, there is the alleged favouritism of taste. Whilst less stupid that the 326kps v flacc argument, there is such a minimal difference in the taste that it a blind man would be glad to see it (..?!).

Well I, for one, say **** bottled water - it is a tax on the joobiest of joobs. Exception - all foreign water will give you a runny bum, fact. Bottled water or immodium en mass.

Are you a evian enthusiast or a haterade?

I just filter it in my fridge tasted good to me. Tap water in fife is not bad either but in other places can be pretty rank so I have no issues with bottled water but usually just shops own that's been filtered and is like 19p for 2 liters.

I buy the big bottles of ASDA water now and then when I'm out and about. 12p for 2 litres of water, job done!

It's mad when I see people buying bottles and bottles of 'designer brand' water, morons.

At home I drink from the tap.

When I am out however, I am not going to drink from the tap from the toilet in the service station unless it is a drinking fountain.

I know it is safe and it is all the same but i just don't.

I saw some BBC documentary with Hammond doing water taste tests around the country. Apparently it doesn't all taste the same, which would then making buying some nicer stuff actually make sense.

It's better they're paying for and drinking water than coke, tea, or coffee at the end of the day. :)

There's a brand of bottled water, I forget which now, that says on the bottle not to put any other water into the bottle.

I need bottled water when raving.

Also I prefer the taste of bottles water/filtered water. Water is the main thing I drink so I notice the difference.

Bottled water is just one BIG rip off!

Tap water is just as good and in some cases better, so don't get ripped off, just drink tap water (from the mains) either straight from the tap or run it through a filter...

I drink out of lake windermere :p

Don't like tap water, i think you can taste the difference even on various bottled water, so i drink Evian.

If it was a choice between a bottle of generic fizzy pop or bottled water I would choose the latter.

However seeing as the water in the burn at the bottom of my garden is safe enough to drink (I have tested it as part of an experiment at school) and the tap water here tastes lovely it is very rare that I will buy bottled water. Normally only buy it when I am down south where the water tastes like chlorinated ass.

I don't buy it cos it's a rip off. Although the tap water in Manchester is horrible compared to when I was living further north. Luckily we have free water at work so I get the good stuff without paying for it.
