Again I think that if all these stores are closing, then landlords will be forced to lower the prices of rent, therefore more stores will open up there.

I've heard that the 25% off thing is total cack. It's only on bestselling items whilst some other things have sneakily had their prices increased.

About true, its mostly on things they think they can shift before administration to make the most money before its sold back to suppliers.

Secondary aim to get more people into the store to buy other stuff they can turn some money over on.

Very annoying as I wanted cheap cds!
