Sorted, thansk for the heads up. My code is GW3354 if anyone fancies using it
Hmm, not sure I'd say I lift, but I'm working towards being able to say I do.

Hah! I didn't read the whole article, nor am I afraid of low end coffee, unless it tastes bad...
2KG of Butterscotch
2KG Lemon Shortcake
2KG Chocolate Mint Brownie came to...

Essentially buy two get third free
I think it's something wrong with the system whereby after following the referral link (used yours LiE) it somehow expected the cheapest item in my basket to be the 250g freebie and automatically applied 100% discount to it.
Can't complain![]()
I can’t see that at work but will look at it when I get home. The thing is as many articles as there are saying one thing, there are as many either making that particular research less of an impact or contradict it, or just show a different side to it.Have a read through the thread and you will see that everything mentioned is linked to an article. That particular thread has no bro-science...that's why it makes for interesting reading.
Here's a summary, including links to the articles:

A well put together argument for the oat. Good answer.
The word "clean" is the issue. What is "clean"?
I've added plenty of fat to my body, when eating no junk food and eating "clean"...which in turn required me to enter into a long cutting phase.
Without being rude, that’s just stating the obvious! On a separate note, not everybody has the same aim. Some people want to be as lean as possible, at all times. Some people want to be great runners/cyclists. Some people want to be as strong as possible. Hence, I don't feel that there is a 1 diet fits all.
Also, lets not forget that some people find a particular diet, easier to handle, while another person finds a different diet easier to stick to. So, a diet which works for person1, doesn't necessarily work for person2.
Yes the science behind the Keto diet is sound – but again, if you want to make it a long term lifestyle change, go for it – however for most people this is untenable, and impractical. I don’t believe in short term fixes, I’d rather live by long term solutions. However, if you feel chopping and changing diets all the time works for you – go for it, but stability far outweighs radical changes. Admittedly it also depends on your goals – different weight training/exercise/sports goals require a bit of a shake up from time to time to get the best out of your body. However, that’s a different aspect to this discussion. The science behind a Ketogenic diet is strong and technically should work for anybody wanting to shed body fat, while maintaining a high percentage of lean muscle.
Pretty pathetic really, having a protein shake makes everybody look at you in the office like you're some sort of roid monster destroying his health yet running around for 40km in the heat is good for you and poses no risk at all. ohwait.
Same with the jacked scoop, she probably had a few more which obviously did no favors to a weak heart that went through hell in a silly physical challenge.
