Glad Wenger is trying to sign a LB, Santos was a mistake. Can't say i've heard of Monreal though.

Weren't Arsenal interested in West Ham's Diame? He's just had his minimum release clause activated by a mystery team apparently.

His stats are reasonably good on Football Manager so that's a start.

It seems he's quite highly rated, for £8m or so, he's definitely worth a shot for Arsenal. Why they've waited until today is truly strange.

SSN reporting Arsenal have agreed a fee with Malaga for Monreal. Now would be nice if we can also sign a decent RB so we can boot Sagna to the scrapheap

EVEN BETTER! Bolton have gone for Steve De Ridder on loan! Another one of those worst players to ever get a bash at the premier league guys! I will drive to Southampton to get him to Bolton faster if it needs be!

Also apparently binning off De Ridder is part of a Lee Chung-Yong deal which is awesome!
