Yea that is the recommended amount on MP which puts me at about 13g a day. One does pre-workout, or over the day?

The first study suggests a single dose point, which is what I'll be doing when I get some (going to MP now... :) ).

That is my cop-out answer to your question. You do what you will. :D
 
also bought 1kg now although I won't use it soon as I'm on a cut and I'd be wasting it.

I was tempted to buy 1kg, but needed to buy some other stuff too.
 
Someone on the MP forum done some playing around with dosages and decided 16g over 4 dosages was good. Morning, pre and post workout and before bed.
 
Suppose it depends on what you're after.

Small doses of the stuff result in small amounts of HGH being released (first study suggests this), but significant amounts were released at the maximum dose *179mg/kg bw).

My inclination would be - based on the studies and not a forum (yes, I appreciate the irony) for me to take it in one go before bed,

Believe it or not, their net effect is exactly the same.

I already use Reflex Whey. But need something to help gain some weight and use as a mid-morning/afternoon meal.
So a whey shake is just as good?

Add some MCT and / or some carbs to that whey if you want to gain weight.

Or, just have another meal in the day - like some nuts and fruits, peanut butter, etc... or heck, chicken/rice/broccoli/meat/fish/anything! :p
 
Finished my first bag of mass matrix 2kg off TPW very nice choc flavour and mixed very well. My next bag will arrive later today and ive gone for vanilla looking forward to trying it out:)

Sorry for being a noob, but whats MCT?
 
Medium Chain Triglycerides, Coconut oil contains a high percentage of them.
They're a fat but are treated more like a carb by the body and burnt for energy.
