I'm also using that clock, and overlapped circle battery widget to sit on the outside of the clock. You can change thickness, opacity and colours for different charge levels and states. Works nicely I think although took a bit of fiddling to get them to line up satisfactorily on both lockscreen and homescreen.

Note 2. First Android phone since the G1 so playing with it is still pretty new to me. Nova Launcher with live wallpaper and icons nabbed from here.

Edit: Any way to change the grey status bar at the top to black?

Yup I am going to, just need to get around to doing it! Also need to make sure that I can actually apply a stock android theme with the viper sense rom ;) That is all that I really want :p

You should see how my phone is currently, if it weren't for the notification bar/tray and settings menu amongst a few other things, you wouldn't even realise it was on sense :D Pretty much every app i.e. keyboard, SMS, clock/alarm etc. is replaced with a stock android app from the market, only things I can't replace are the browser and camera app as there isn't anything better than them on the market :( :p Would also use widget locker for the stock android lock screen but it doesn't work well when you have a pin lock and an incoming call :(
