More info

Cheers for the info, looking at mine through the front splitter it looks a very funny shape indeed, I know the expansion tank has been changed recently so I might just do the hoses, rad and probably replace the water pump with a metal impeller one.

There are loads of silicone hoses on Ebay, anyone know if they're better or worse than the normal ones?

Just dropped my daughter off at stage school and there's a m135 in the car park lovely apart from the kid tieing his football boots up on the back bumper

F21 FTW :)

within 5 mins of driving it you'll possibly regret losing those 2 weeks waiting for the '13 plate :)[/QUOTE]

I've already driven it so know what I'm missing!

I would happily have it on a 62 plate but I know the majority of people in the UK look at registration rather than build date so it's just not worth having a "6 month" old car for the sake of a couple of weeks.

I just realised that I never activated my BMW assist when I bought my auc 325i last April.

Is it worth it? Would they give me a year from now if I activate it, or is it actually automatically activated?

I activated mine online from the website. I think you have to call them to get your unique user/pass but after that its all done online. Definitely worth it as your getting it free :)

Have I actually used it for anything? Nope! They will give it to you until April I think as its linked into the car from new for 3 years (in my case mine is a 07/11 so will run till 07/14 before I need to pay for it!).

Each car has three years free connecteddrive. If its never been activated on your car you get the full three years regardless of age. It's well worth it for free but too expensive for me afterwards.

I did mine fully online. The useful bit is the Google local search which enhances that Sat Nav.
