**** Official Titan owners thread. ****

Should be getting the EVGA Superclocked GTX-TITAN in early June right after my uni exams are finished along with the rest of my build. It's so tempting to just order all the components now and build it but I know that it would just distract me from exam revision! Ah well, only 2 and a bit months to go...

Titan Power.:D:p:)

:D

Have they sorted out the Firestrike multi GPU issue yet?

No not yet.:(

How Futuremark can take themselves seriously I don't know. They launch a benchmarking product that can not benchmark. How they missed the multi GPU problem in pre launch testing is beyond me. It is not like it is NV or AMDs fault as it effects both of them equally.

Did you not try that Nvidia Inspector fix? Or does it not work for 4 GPU's?

I have not tried

Going on Futuremarks own Hall of fame, nothing seems to be working at the moment. As soon as someone posts more than 8500 for 4 GPUs I will be reaching for the Nvidia Inspector fix or anything else I can get my hands on.:D

What I do find frustrating is it is a nice looking benchmark and it would be nice to see it running at high speed.

The whole industry seems to have gone back a step this year.

2 card is fine, any more than 2 cards and you are on your own.

So much for the triple SLI/CFX fanfare of not so long ago.

I tried it for 3 cards and it made no difference

in games, the 3 cards are scaling very well at 7680x1440, I am getting pretty much the same framerates on 3 screens with 3 cards as I am getting on 1 card on 1 screen, so in terms of gaming, I am very happy with that

Getting similar results at 5760 x 1080, all 3 cards at or around 98% usage :)

without sounding dump,

Why would you buy a Titan, over 680s or 7970?

from what i understand:
It looks close 680 SLI performance in one card. and slightly cheaper in some respect.
has 6GB of gfx memory (great for multiple monitors i guess)

Any there any other benefits that im missing?

He already had x2 690 so would be a downgrade.

So yeah how do I connect up my two monitors?

I have 1 U2713H as my main, and I have 1 2407WFP which will be a secondary at the side.

Display port to the new one and DVI to the old one?
