Out of interest, when you've had this done, what exactly comes out when you do the dirty?
Went to the doctor last week to be told that he was referring me to see a urologist and it would be highly likely that I would need a cystoscopy. I made the mistake of going home and doing some research. Suffice to say I am now scared ****less and have no doubt that "the little fella" will shrivel up and try to hide.
I decided to watch it being done and it was completely painless but a little freaky.
Feel queasy. Need to leave
I found the worst part was when the doctor started cutting and the local anaesthetic hadn't quite kicked in fully yet.
1) you cant have unprotected sex for at least 12 months after, as some sperm might still exist.
2) don't believe the 'in and out' in an afternoon, and back to work next day, my mate was off for a week, with reduced duty's for a week after that. He described the pain as a persistant kick in the tacticals.
the worst bit has to be the smell from the cauterization.... i remember asking for the fan to be turned on.....
On the upside, if you do get an infection and the swelling is sufficient, you could perhaps use your gonads as a means of conveyance, space-hopper style.
After that it was a bit of tugging here and there, a burning smell and a slight plume of smoke.
Also the smoke being given off when the doctor was cauterising my bits were a bit worrying.
