Could you give me your opinion on these please, I'm planning a 21 day of detoxification, gluten, dairy and sugar free.
Greens drinks are ok but I think the quality can vary wildly. I don't know about that particular brand. I'd say they're a better bet than multi-vitamins everyone seems to have a weird obsession and confidence in.

The macha tea is one of the best and healthiest things you can put in your body. If you do nothing else but add that to your daily routine you've made a big step in the right direction.

Cheers Chong will get hold of some. Probably going for both tbh.

Why, it's something I've wanted to try out for a long time, clear out some of the toxins in my fat cells, and help the liver out. I've never tried to do it before and want to see if I can.

Which sugars? Of course ill still have things like fruit and sweet potatoes so will have natural fructose type sugars, but I'm cutting all processed food, ie bread, sauces, cereals and a whole host of other things to see if I can get over my dependency on this type of food. I'd like to have a semblance of control over insulin spikes and lows...and I may feel better for it.

Been taking super green tablets for about 10 days now, was a little sceptical at first as the majority of evidence for them is anecdotal at best. However considering i'm not a person to eat masses of veg and the fact they're only £12 for a 20 day supply, it was worth a try.

I'm taking these... http://www.dolphinfitness.co.uk/en/synergy-natural-super-greens-200-tablets/28943

However I can definitely say i've got a bit more energy through the day, not a lot but i'm not yawning all morning long like I used to. Also i'm getting through the evenings watching TV without the urge to snack. Used to be around 8/9PM i'd be raiding the fridge.

Has anyone ever used dynamicsupplements.co.uk? A lot of the products on there are cheaper than the regular sites I use... is it legit?

After a quick google i've found some people saying it's great and others saying they never recieved their products.

Order with a CC, claim back if not received.

I've been having a 50g protein shake before bed made with skimmed milk but my stomach doesn't agree with that lol.

Was looking at myprotein's bedtime Extreme stuff, any opinions?

i was also going to order some mega green tea extract but that appears to be out of stock, is it really that much stronger than their normal stuff?

How much protein do everyone take in each shake, I've been taking one scoop (which is about 25g of whey) per shake but thinkign whether I should be upping the measure.

That depends on your macros and how much protein your hitting daily? Subjective to yourself but two scoops pwo one in the morning so 75g total through shakes

After being nearly empty of all my essential powders (branded supps I had plenty of as I use them less), I stocked up and am good for a long while now

Mate, ever so carefully. Especially the BCAAs, pour those buggers too fast and your whole kitchen gets a fine film of fairy dust

It's a pain though, moving stuff around to get something in particular. Really enjoying having DAA back, it tastes so good!
