Your videos make you look about 6ft tall! Now you say your 5ft 5" that makes me wonder if you have disproportionally long legs for your height, making it a little hard for you to get used to squatting

18:00 300g meat, steak, chicken, Lean mince etc 2-300g veg topped of with 20g of butter
