The SIM doesn't really have anything to do with it. O2 will sell you the S4 for £430. The SIM and Air Time is basically optional.
£430 for S4, £16 a month times 12 = £622

Mines a 24 month contract too - there are cheaper 18 month deals around.

Silly question. Why are people buying third party screen protectors such as the Spigen Steinheil screen protector? Does the S4 not come with one? Is the Gorilla Glass 3 not good enough?

I found rooting very easy. You can download a file to flash with Odin, job done I think.
