What film did you watch last night?

It's mind boggling to why, I think americans see him as some sort of Mr Bean character or something, but I've never seen a decent film with him in it, yet his films are huge grossers.

The Five Year Engagement.

It was a chore and a bore to watch Jason Segel gurn his way through the movie.

3/10

Oh god. The woman made me watch this twice as punishment for being in the bad books one time. Shockingly bad. Paint drying considerably more exciting. 0/10

I hate to say it, but i enjoyed First 50 Dates.

(My caveat is that film was released a whole 9 years ago)

I saw Identity Thief.
I think some of you are being a bit too harsh by giving 0.5/10, etc.
3/10.

Identity Thief was better than The Dictator, which was without doubt, the most unfunny comedy I have ever seen (watched entire movie). And I am a HUGE fan of Ali G, so I do normally find Cohen's sense of humour funny.

The only 2 movies which warrant a 0.5/10, for me are:
1. Sahara
2. Doomsday

Resident Evil Retribution - 5/10

Pretty much a 'get from A to B and kill everything' sort of film. CGI was cool though.

Columbiana - 6-10

Some cool set pieces but the 'love story' angle was dire.

Searching for Sugarman - 7/10 It was quite good but I never really got emotionally attached to the story so didn't find it as interesting as others have.

Scent of a Woman - 8/10 It was awesome and so's Pacino! Haa! :D

happy gilmore and the other one he did (based on him losing his family in 9/11) are good films imo but he is so type cast and most of his other stuff is utter dirge.

9 - 7/10
It was a bit weird and dark and I didn't like the ending that much but it was different which is always a good thing.

Watched The Last Stand.

Good to see Arnie back. Already seen the movie in the cinema earlier this year. Violent and funny. Knoxville really adds to the humour.

Jack the giant slayer - 8/10 Enjoyed it a lot, but felt the ending could've been better

Hammer of the Gods - 3/10 Poor mans Viking(TV), lots of stupid effects for example lightning in the distance, slow boring story and a WTF moment as it came to a closure. Didn't really care about the characters either!

Just watched last night's broadcast of 'The Road'. I kind of knew what I was going to get, but... boy, am I glad the sun's shining out there this morning!

I'm guessing the ending was a concession to the movie going public, rather than part of the book.
