Where did you buy it, some dodgy cornershop? :confused:
If it's borked any shop would repair/replace if you had it less than a day, I'm confused.

get a second opinion but I'm 90% sure it doesn't :)

It's been a while since I've done it and I remember whatever I wiped it never deleted my files from the internal SD - it just wiped phone data like apks, call logs, sms, settings etc.

Sorry for temporarily upsetting the flow of the thread but....

Have you chaps spotted any particularly good contract deals for the GS4 16gb recently? I only really need at the very most 200 minutes, 200 texts and 500mb of data. The most important consideration for me is the monthly payments being less than £30.

If a great deal can be had by paying an initial fee for the phone of around £150 I'd be more inclined to go for that.

Well that went wrong.
Was installing CM10.1 and during install phone turned off. And after i turned it back on it was stuck on Samsung boot screen for ages.
So power off into Odin Mode. Fire up Odin, Install MEA pre-rooted rom again to get back to stock. DAMN!

Im having some issues here.
3rd time now reinstalling the MEA font after trying to install CM10.1 in CWD recovery.

First time phone turned off during rom install
Second time Rom installed fine but it restarted midway through Gapps install and then got stuck at samsung boot screen
Third time Rom installed fine but it restarted midway through Gapps install and then got stuck at samsung boot screen

I bit the bullet and went three for 33 quid a month with 500 mins 5000 texts and unlimited data and no up front costs. Couldn't find anything good for under 30...
 
It's a shame that paranoid android isn't so readily available in best trim for the 9505, on the galaxy s2 and from what I saw on the s3 it is what I would call the best os and my most preferred.

Touchwhiz sucks. Even putting Nova onto the s4 it still sucks.
