Have you guys been filling this out? Would make arranging rides very easy

Heavy couple of weeks at work, terrible diet and no exercise in that time meant out on the road today was a tough ride.
Still, great to be out there on a sunny day.![]()
Went out on my bike today and the gear changes sucked big time! At times it wouldn't change up to the big ring at the front, then it was skipping gears or not changing at all. Also the chain seems to be making quite a bit of noise. Is this normal for a new bike while it all loosens off?
It's my second ride since I picked it up brand new. I'm guessing/hoping this is why bike stores usually offer 6 week services?
Please could someone point me towards some good sites or resources to learn how to
a) Set up a new hybrid properly
b) Service a bike
Thank you!
@eXist; Do you have any 54 R5CA's? And will you be getting any RCa's?
Yep that was the case one my first ride. It was perfect and I always avoid big/small combinations.
Guess is where the problem of buying from Ribble comes it, it will probably cost me £20 in fuel to take it back up to their store. Would I be better off taking it to my LBS and asking them to look at it?
My back is still aching from my ride on Saturday, so clearly my bike isn't set up properly. Can anybody recommend a bike fit service in London? I don't drive so ideally it would be somewhere in the south east, so that I can cycle there and back.

I should have bought one of those Scott's damnit!
Just spotted one built up on WW:

That's a rather bold claim[DOD]Asprilla;24466595 said:http://www.cadenceperformance.com/contact-us/
Cadence in Crystal Palace. I've only heard god things about them.

Crystal Palace is just up the road from me, so they look ideal. I think I'll book an appointment this week. Thanks [DOD]Asprilla!
