You can't even get above level 50 without the pack so its not like you don't have it
something aint right, because i'm close to level 53, but it's much slower than it was and the loot is deffo on level 50 only....it's the same loot as 5 months ago.
i only downloaded Tiny Tinas, i deffo dont have the level 61 pack because i saw it yesterday as a download that i didn't have, most odd, i'm a bit confused now.
but this does make sense because i'm deffo levelling up far too slowly compared to the main game

no, i've only downloaded recently Tinas and torgues....nothing else for 6 months, i've been playing Dishonored/far cry
the game feels tight, as if i'm struggling to get on, the game had a much looser feel months ago, as i said i've been on level 52 for over a day, about 8 hours !

Mal X, looks like you're still probably on True Vault Hunter mode so when you get the main menu screen, go to "Select Character". Re-select your main and hopefully the prompt to select Ultimate Vault Hunter mode is there. If you have an alt, select that alt, then re-select your main.
Otherwise you may need to buy the Season Pass or just the Ultimate Vault Hunter Pack.

He's over level 50 so he's presumably already got the UVHM pack.
Given that he's also got Tiny Tina's and Torque it sounds very much like he's also got PEBCAK installed.

i have the ultimate, but it's only in the ``select character``title menu, so i had no idea it was there, i can not remember downloading it...
now then, i have to replay all the DLCs from scratch....3 of them !!!!
but i guess that's ok, but i also dont have the main game locations, the menu map is now virtually empty....but the main game will be on TVHM so i'll just switch to visit my favourite areas
the good point is i'm still on level 52 7/8th..plus i now have Bee
yea' i knew something was wrong, but my guess is the AI will have more health than on TVHM

So you clearly *do* have the season pass. Glad we got there in the end, as mind-blastingly painful as the whole process was.

but in my defence i aint played BL2 for months, so i've no idea what's been going on, i just saw Tina Tina's and thought ``i fancy downloading that``.it's much harder in Ultimate hunter mode
a level 53 Skeleton has miles more health than in true vault hunter mode, it feels about 5 times the amount, with the BEE shield you die all the time, it only takes two hits and that's it, unfortunately i cant game without it, because my guns aren't powerful enough anymore.
but you level up quickly, i'm now on level 54 and i'm close to the end of Tiny Tinas, thank God, because bloody hell it's hard work...far too hard, it makes you wish you're playing Dishonored instead !!!!!
after this i might replay the main game until i reach Sanctuary and the golden chest, i'll probably be on level 56 by then, once i reach that chest i can find all the weapons i need....no need to say any more
i should really do this now because i dont have the firepower to defeat Handsome Jack the Magician, i dont stand a hope in hell against him, because every single bloody skeleton is knocking me down
if the Bee shield is always down in melee, there's a good arguement that sais why bother using it.... yes, because the Bee is now useless for the rest of the fight, it's only good for the first few opening shots. the Bee is hugely overrated,keep Bee for when you see all of them at range, and you know they wont charge you down, because Tiny Tinas is much more close range/ melee than the other DLCs, so i think i've been stupid, i should have done Oasis first, Oasis also has better loot areas and one hell of a good shotgun !!!!
i have a 50 000 amp shield from about level 45, so i expect this is about 75 000 by now, now this will be miles better than Bee, so this is what is needed next before carrying on with the DLC, now to get to Sanctuary is mainly Snipering at range and not far off from the start !!!!!.... it'll be about 5 hours gaming away.
also, there's that Firehawk shield at level 56, plus the talking shotgun, but getting to the end for Conference Call at level 61 will be maybe too far.....plus you might not get CC again, but instead, the Maliwan Volcano..... this is interesting and maybe worth doing, because they're planing to release more DLCs and maybe to raise the level cap to 70 !!!!!!!!! finally, there aint no good shooters due out for the rest of this year, so if you dont play BL2, what else is there to play !!!

Enemy HP is ramped up.
Enemies regen HP slowly.
sl@g lasts longer and now causes all other damage to deal 3x instead of 2x.
Basically you need sl@g in UVHM or you are really going to suffer.

yea i've never really used **** before, but i suddenly noticed yesterday the amount of damage it deals out...since then i use it on virtually every AI, it kills them off quickly, well, while i'm on my knees in 2nd wind that is ha ha ha !!!!!!
it goes 2nd wind revive...2nd wind revive.....2nd wind die, all the way through FACT, i never just drop once, i drop as soon as i'm back from 2nd wind, every time, you should hear me swearing; it would look hilarious on Youtube !!!!

Got my first Orange weapon at level 27 off one of those annoying imps that pops out randomly of chests, was mid fight too so had to scramble to get the damn thing

the Borderlands 2 DLCs are easily the hardest games i've ever played, i cant think of another game that's even only 1/2 as hard.
in Far Cry 3 you die say 15 times, but in BL2 Tiny Tina you die almost every time you meet an AI, it took 3 hours getting through that damned ``twin tower castle``, almost every Knight Templar knocks me into 2nd wind, but the Orcs die easily because they're vulnerable to fire, plus cant hit you at range, so the Bee works ok... but with the Templars they have Longbowman and it only takes one arrow strike to send me into 2nd wind.
the shield doesn't just drop...you loose all your health too, i get messages all the time telling me not to continue and what a rubbish shooter i am
this is why i have to return to the main game and reach Sanctuary at level 56 and get my guns sorted out, because the bandits in the main game i can all shoot at range, even so; the main game is a bit of a bitch too, a bandit takes 3 head shots.
i had this in the 1st game too, i tried playing General Knoxx at a low level, i was bloody slaughtered, i had to return to the main game and level up before returning.
even so, i cant keep playing Dishonored and Far Cry 3 is a bit boring now, so it looks like BL2 until Xmas...flipping eck'
:I dont know why they keep dragging this game out, i'd be making BL3...maybe they are....because the next DLC looks like visiting that Hyperion space station because they mentioned this at the end of Tinas

yes, in autumn the level cap is rising to 72 with a new DLC, plus there will be new vault hunters as well......all i can say is Flipping heck, but to be honest it makes sense.
because Tiny Tinas with all the side missions is about the same size as the average game, well it is if you take into account all the times you die !
so they're effectively releasing a new game every 6 months, especially if you choose to play as a new character as well, it's quite clever isn't it !!!!!!

im playing this through coop with a mate, we just got to the mission where you kill the splinter where they are all named after the turtles, we killed one and got a couple to low life but then they all disapeared and we were unable to do anything.
are we missing something, is this a bug, has it happened to anyone else?
