Sleeping dogs was fun and I enjoyed it a lot but batman just came out of no where and was amazing. My friend played the demo and told me how good it was so I decided to give it a blast not expecting much but it was pure quality. I loved every minute of it.

So batman gets my vote.

Voting for Batman, hoping it doesn't win the entire competition though.

Easy. Arkham Asylum.

Amazed Sleeping Dogs made it this far to be honest. It's good, and was made better by trying to replicate Batman's combat, but even then it wasn't as good. On top of that Arkham Asylum has one of the best gaming environments ever, great story, beautiful graphics, fabulous voice work.

No brainer.

I don't think it was really trying to replicate the combat system in Batman, I thought of it more as a natural progression of the mechanics found in the older True Crime games.

In regards to the 'Y' to counter attacks it used the exact same battle flow mechanics of Arkham Asylum, it just didn't do them quite as well (the timing wasn't sharp enough.)

Well it doesn't take Batman to work out who is through... goodbye Sleeping Dogs!

Today;

Red Dead REDEMPTION

Finally got to live my dream of life in the old wild west. More atmosphere than any other recent free roaming open world game... (i include in that.. Skyrim, Fallout 3 and GTAIV)gorgeous sunsets...melee combat with bears...gunfights at the ok corral...cheating card games...lassoing women...bank/train robbery great storyline...what more do you want?

Akrham City felt to me ..much less impressive than AA.

Bringing a stallking\stealthy\manhunt feel to the Batman franchise was a brilliant move, I love Stealth games, i adore manhunt. And I love decent combat systems.

I've always had a wierd thing for Harley Quinn. So when she was brought to life so well in arkham asylum, it was an extra perk for me.

And Joker was brilliant.

To be honest other than a some what less than perfect sequel, i cant really think of much that lets down the new batman games. I played the game through on PC too, with PhysX, which was superb.

So yeah, My vote goes to

Red De....

:D

Lots of words and not one vote for todays game mate ;)

Loving the sales pitch guys, good to know its not just me that does that hehe. Red Dead for me, like many others I found City to not be as good as Asylum (apart from the awesome ending).

AH ****.... :o

Well then, Red Dead Redemption :D

As I felt City didnt delivery in the same way the first one did
