20 seconds to:

take off 4 secure bull dog clamps
put on 4 plates (1 on each side of both dumbells)
put back on 4 bull dog clamps securely

sounds legit

that doesn't even cover taking off plates which you would need to do if you were going from say 17.5kg to 20kg, etc.

The clamps are a piece of **** to take off. Plates are light and small. Takes just as long to walk over and grab a 20kg and walk round the rack to put a weight on then clip.
 
i remember using a spinlock barbell where you had to unscrew the collars of 10" of thread... now that was a ballache.

do the do ironmaster barbells cos changing the plates is too much hassle for me?! :D
